Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google, Discord, Microsoft, or Twitch, we store your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by the sign-in provider. This is used solely to identify your account.

Your farm plans and project data are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Shared plans are accessible via their unique link. Your saved plans and folders are private to your account.

When you import a Stardew Valley save file, the planner reads it in your browser to build your plan. Unless you have switched it off, your browser then also sends us a copy of that file. We keep these copies for one reason: to make the importer work on more farms, above all the ones it failed to read.

A save file is your whole game. It holds the names you typed (your farmer, your farm, your pets, horse, children and farm animals, and any text on signs), your character's appearance and relationships, your farm and your progress, your game settings, real-world dates such as when the farm was created and how long you have played, and anything your mods stored in it. If you hosted co-op, it also holds your farmhands' farmer names. It does not hold your Steam or GOG account, your email address or your IP address.

A co-op host's save also lists account numbers of the other players, and of anyone the host banned. Your browser removes these before the copy is sent, and our server refuses a copy that still has them.

The copy is not linked to your account or to the analytics identifier described below, and nothing about who sent it is stored with it. Beside the file we keep only: facts read from it (game version, farm type, in-game date and the save's game id), its size, whether it arrived intact, the hour we first and last received it and how many times, the planner's version, and how the import went (what it counted, or the error message). To limit abuse we also keep a salted hash of the sender's IP address, apart from the copies; it is deleted once it is a day old, the next time anyone imports a save. Copies are stored privately on Cloudflare; we do not publish or share them.

To stop sending copies, open Settings and turn off "Upload imported saves". The switch is kept on each device. To have a copy removed, contact us with the name of your save folder (for example Ellie_123456789: the number identifies the farm) and we will delete every copy we hold of that farm.

Payments are processed entirely by Ko-fi. We receive a webhook notification containing your Ko-fi email and payment amount to activate supporter features. We do not store payment card details.

We run our own analytics on Cloudflare. Your browser sends a small number of anonymous usage events (for example: which item you picked, whether a placement was refused, how long a drag took) tagged with a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage. That identifier is not linked to your account or email, contains no personal data, and you can clear it at any time by clearing site data. Each time you open one of our pages, your browser also sends, tagged the same way: the site you arrived from (its domain only, never the full address), which of our pages you opened, and your browser, its major version and your operating system (for example: Safari 17 on iOS). If the planner hits an error, your browser also sends the error message and the location in our code where it happened, tagged the same way; no plan content or personal data is included. We do not use cookies for analytics and we do not share this data with anyone. Aggregates are kept indefinitely; raw events are deleted after three months.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your data is hosted on Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, R2, D1). Anonymous usage statistics are processed on Cloudflare (Workers Analytics Engine) and never leave our account.

You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. Shared plan links are anonymous and not tied to your account. Copies of imported game saves are deleted the same way: see "Game saves you import".
