Railroad
The Railroad is the one vanilla map outside a farm whose map file allows tree planting, so fruit trees and tea saplings go in the ground here although seeds never do. With 1,627 diggable tiles behind that rule it is a real orchard site rather than a curiosity. It is shown in its late-game state: the witch's statue and the eternal-farm tiles are gone.
What you can place here
You can place objects, machines, furniture, fences and paths here; seeds and buildings stay on the farm, but fruit trees and tea saplings go in the ground, so this map can hold an orchard.
