Meadowlands Farm
Meadowlands is the 1.6 ranching farm: a pre-built Coop with two chickens on day 1, 15 Hay from Lewis instead of Parsnip Seeds, and Blue Grass patches that regrow year-round (yes, winter too). It has the most non-tillable-but-buildable space of any farm.
